We are happy to see on here / Facebook / by email that a lot of you are happy with your dice. Any that are off centre, please complete the form below (click hyperlink) so we can keep track of who you are and which dice are unsatisfactory.

Those of you who haven't had your dice yet, please wait to get them as there should only be a small fraction that are off centre.
Just to reiterate from previous posts: the agates are all individual as they are natural stone and are hand placed into the grip, so resin can be poured. QC is never 100% and we made 250,000 dice, so it's impossible for someone to check each one.
Colour amendments were covered in several updates ranging from update 22, to update 29. Update 26 shows photos of all the final colours for the green, blue and black (Oct 22).
I have been chasing all week on stats from the 3PL on where they are at, regarding who's been sent their parcel & when, to no avail but as soon as I have some answers, I will let you all know.

Hello backers, we received an update over the weekend and here is the link to COSCO VIETNAM, the boat that the Dragon Eye Dice are on (...and the crowd goes wild)
Please see below photos of the 40' container getting packed and leaving the factory. The estimated arrival date for the container is July 30th. With LTL trucking to CRWN Studios, our fulfillment partners in Oregon, arrival should be during the first week of August.
We will be keeping an eye on the same link and we will let you know when everything arrives into CRWN and give you estimates of final mile fulfillment to your houses.
Once again, if you live in the Canada / Mexico / USA and have moved, please head into Backer Kit to change your address or email us on [email protected] with your new address.

As some of you would have seen already, we have pinged out a reminder to update your address on Backer Kit. A lot of you have emailed, so thank you for that but even if you have emailed us about your address change, it is worth checking on Backer Kit that your email address is correct. You will all be receiving tracking numbers to whichever email address is on there. We have been told by the 3PL that fulfillment will begin this week.
*We have not been given any specifics as to what territories will be shipped in what order, so please be patient and wait for your tracking link, and then follow that as a guideline to delivery times.
Please log in today or tomorrow to do this as after that, all addresses will be locked.
Mexico / Canada / USA
We committed to make a finite amount of dice to match the orders, allowing us spares to sell obviously, BUT it is imperative that we get the quantities right. Therefore, the boat will leave as soon as everyone at the 3PL is confident that the correct dice are in the correct fulfillment ‘pile’. A boat has been chosen and it is stating a 20-25 days arrival time to Oregon, but we are reluctant to give the name until it has set sail.

Hi guys,
I know it’s been nearly two weeks since the last update (on Facebook) and AGES since the last update on Kickstarter / our blog, BUT we do have some information now about what has caused the friggin’ hold up…
At our request, the manufacturers have been scurrying around trying to find a service that can fulfil from Asia to the Rest of the World, to ensure that anyone outside of the Americas gets their dice, roughly at the same time as everyone in the Americas… we need to do this for 2 reasons; 1) to get your dice to you as quickly as possible and 2) to be able to finally launch new initiatives, dice & other items. This delay has not only irritated you, but it has put us on hold.
The container that is soon to be bound for Oregon, was packed with ALL the dice, as the plan was the fulfil everything from Oregon. Since this new idea of splitting the fulfillment came to fruition, this has meant that the whole container needed unpacking and all the SKUs re-sorted to ensure that the correct items go to and from the correct locations.
The work is near completion and here is a picture of some of the boxes to show that the dice exist.
I will post another update as soon as the name of the boat has been revealed. We are searching for the fastest boat option to cut the month down to a couple of weeks, perhaps 3.
If you need anything or are moving in the next 6 weeks to 2 months, please email me ALL THE DETAILS on [email protected]. Emails get replied to in a matter of a day or so, chat on Facebook & Kickstarter easily gets lost.

As I’ve been saying to anyone who emails…
The shipping company are on the case with the factory, so it’s all imminent. They are chasing them for all the weights and measurements etc. and there is NOTHING we can do to speed this up.
We have written a draft update and the second we have the go ahead that something has changed, I will post it. Until then, this is a ‘more delays’ update which irritates you all JUST AS MUCH as hearing nothing, but just to break the silence.
Please wait patiently for the news that we will be posting... these delays are 100% out of our hands and no bad mouthing is necessary. Thank you :)
There are a lot of people that have their own opinions, but we actually work for Spidermind Games, so although this delay is irritating, it’s not going to last forever and we know this for a fact.
Have a good weekend everyone and here’s to a worthy update on the Dragon Eye Dice front, arriving next week.
