What are the materials used in the creation of the dice
The dice are made from high quality resin, the dragon eyes are made from a polished sphere of the gemstone Dragon Vein Agate.

Why this price?
Dragon Eye Dice uses a completely new manufacturing process which comes with higher set up costs than using pre existing machinery and molds. Alongside this, to create jewellery quality dice not only is the resin of the highest quality but there are several finishing processes not used in the manufacturing of cheaper dice. We are not the most expensive dice sets on the market even though our manufacturing process is brand new, patent protected and exclusive.

How do you center the gemstone so precisely?
This is the part of the manufacturing process that is entirely new and so is being protected by a patent covering the method pf production.

What are the size of the dice?
The dice are close to standard RPG dice size, in that their dimensions have been matched with the average from a number of top manufacturers.

Where will you be fulfilling the Kickstarter from
We have partnerships with warehouses in the US (Portland), the UK (London) and Australia (Sydney). We remain flexible as to which country we send from but our aim is to fulfil from the most sensible depending on cost to ship and timescales. We cannot be fixed on what that will look like until fulfilment is nearly ready, but we will continue to use the ‘Updates’ section of the Kickstarter page to announce fulfilment stages.

Who is Spidermind Games?
We are a games company set up by friends Jon and Oliver and run a mixture of Kickstarter launches as well as e-commerce sales. Each year, to facilitate our company growth we aim to launch at least two Kickstarter (or crowdfunded) projects. This may mean that you see adverts for new products whilst your project item is still in manufacturing or out for fulfilment. As the company is broken down into many departments, whilst the factory and fulfilment teams are doing their job with previously funded projects, so the designers and creatives are producing new content and items. Creating new content does not impinge on fulfilment nor does it adversely effect previous projects as each team has very specific and separate jobs.

Why is European Postage varied?
To post to Europe we will be fulfilling from either the UK or US, depending on prices at time of fulfilling. Some countries in Europe charge higher than others but these costs fluctuate massively and so it is impossible to fix a price at this time. We will be sending the items into Europe with the Duties and Taxes unpaid (DDU) and so any extra charges your country makes on the import of these items from outside of Europe, will need to be covered by you in order for you to receive your item. Please be aware that by backing this Kickstarter you are agreeing to pay any extra taxes your country may charge you to receive the items sent by us. Refusal to pay the extra charge will result in the package being destroyed or returned to us. In either event you will lose the money you made on the original pledge as we will not be able to send you a second set. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or missing items, which we will replace in both situations.

How long until I get my pledge?
We have set a delivery start date of this time next year. This is a safe bet but the reality may be that we can complete the process earlier. As we are manufacturing brand new molds for these dice (as they are made in a different way to standard dice), the more molds we make, the quicker the process.

If I pledge without selecting a reward do I receive a Goddess dice?
As the Goddess dice will be placed in the full set of Dragon Eye Dice, in order to qualify for the free Goddess dice you need to pledge for at least one set from the chromatic dragon collection BUT if you pledge without a reward you will be entered into the competition to win a set of all 5 dice.
The £/$ 1 pledge will also gain you access a to the post campaign pledge manager

Why can't I select the colour I want or calculate shipping?
A couple of weeks after the campaign ends you will receive a BackerKit survey which will ask you to select the colour(s) you wish to receive and to add in your address which will calculate your shipping. You’ll also be able to add items to your pledge

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
